Welcome to Little Dunes! By purchasing a ticket, booking an event, or using our facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General Terms

  • Entry to Little Dunes requires a valid ticket, booking confirmation, or membership.

  • All guests must comply with Little Dunes’s posted rules and staff instructions. Failure to follow these rules may result in removal without refund.

  • Parents/guardians must remain on the premises while their children are playing. Little Dunes is not a drop-off facility.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Booking and Ticket Policies

  • All bookings must be made through our website or at the front desk.

  • Bookings are non-transferable and valid only for the specified date and time.

  • Little Dunes reserves the right to modify operating hours, session durations, and capacity limits as needed.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

  • All ticket and membership sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Birthday party and event bookings require full payment at the time of booking. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • In the event of facility closure due to unforeseen circumstances, Little Dunes may offer rescheduling options or store credit.

Membership Terms

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Members are responsible for adhering to facility rules and policies. Abuse of membership privileges may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.

Liability Waiver

  • All guests must complete and sign a waiver of liability before participating in any activities at Little Dunes.

  • Participation in activities at Little Dunes involves inherent risks. By entering, guests voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Little Dunes, its owners, and staff are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost belongings.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their children follow safety guidelines.

Safety and Hygiene

  • Shoes and socks are not permitted in the sand play area.

  • Guests must wash or sanitize hands before entering play areas.

  • Food and drinks are only permitted in designated areas.

  • Little Dunes reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals exhibiting symptoms of illness.

Code of Conduct

  • Little Dunes is a family-friendly environment. Disruptive behavior, foul language, or aggression will not be tolerated.

  • Guests must respect others and refrain from rough play.

  • Any damages caused by reckless behavior may result in financial liability.

Photography and Media

  • Little Dunes routinely takes photographs for promotional and marketing purposes.

  • If we are taking photographs for this purpose, a sign will be displayed at the reception desk.

  • Guests who do not wish to be photographed during this time should inform staff so that we can accommodate their needs.

  • It is assumed that guests who do not inform staff of their preference grant permission to be photographed and for their image to be used in Little Dunes’s marketing materials.

Privacy Policy

  • Personal data collected during bookings or memberships is handled according to our [Privacy Policy].

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or for necessary business operations.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
